Andreas Draguhn is an experimental neurophysiologist studying cellular mechanisms in neuronal networks. He obtained his degree from Bonn University and completed his dissertation with Prof. Bert Sakmann. Currently, he is a professor and head of the neurophysiology department at the University of Heidelberg's medical faculty.
Dr. phil. Nadia Primc
Nadia Primc, senior research associate at Heidelberg University, leads the ethical-philosophical subproject in FrameIntell. Her research examines intelligence, cognition, and consciousness in artificial and biological intelligence through the philosophy of mind, technology, and ethics. Her interests include digital transformation in healthcare, organ transplantation, reproductive medicine, and distributive justice in healthcare.
Prof. Dr. Michael Gertz
Michael Gertz is Principal Investigator for the informatics topics in the FrameIntell project and leads the team at Heidelberg University. There, he has headed the Databases
working group at the Institute of Computer Science since 2008. His research group focuses on text analysis, NLP, machine learning, data science, and complex networks.
Prof. Dr. Ekkehard Felder
Ekkehard Felder, Professor of German Linguistics, researches linguistic discourse analysis, professional communication (especially in law), and the grammar-pragmatics interface. Founder of Language and Knowledge and co-founder of the European Centre for Linguistics.
